Juan Pablo is an architect who graduated from Architecture School in 2004 and from Business grad-school in 2010.

Juan Pablo has 20 years of experience in residential and commercial architecture design; construction management and currently leads his own company of residential design in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Housing development department manager at Mi Casa Inc.
• Project Manager at Nicholas Development LLC. Managed several projects including a 2.5 million project for the remodel of a middle school in Washington DC and a 500K Kiddie academy project in Alexandria, Virginia.
• Project Manager at Lofft Construction LLC – Managed the DCHCD Storefronts improvement program including design and construction management. In addition, I designed and managed residential remodels projects for Lofft Construction.
• Construction Manager at Dahag Services Inc. I was responsible for developing bids and managing the construction for residential renovations of Fannie Mae properties in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
