Sandra Pacheco is the founder and CEO of HDS Biz Solutions, a company she began building in 2016 alongside a committed team from day one. Today, it has supported more than 5,300 contractors in registering their businesses, obtaining their licenses, and growing within the construction industry across the East Coast of the United States.

With over 20 years of experience in business leadership, Sandra combines hands-on expertise with a strong academic background. She holds a degree in Business Administration, an Executive MBA with a focus on innovation from ADEN Business School and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, specializations in management from George Washington University, and a certification in Generative Artificial Intelligence from MIT. She is also the author of two books on entrepreneurship in construction and the practical use of AI in business.

Outside of HDS, Sandra serves as Education Director of the Latino Builders Show, a national event that connects Latino contractors with leaders in the construction industry, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Montgomery County.

Her mission is clear: to ensure that no talented contractor is held back from growing due to a lack of guidance, tools, or information.
